TRASH! THE MUSICAL

Semi-Finalist for the O'Neil National Musical Theatre Conference!

Trash! The Musical tells the story of Hannah Sadman, a woman who lives in a trash heap and works at the Henry, Hal and Grady publishing company. When an opportunity arises for everyone at the company to compete for a prized promotion, Hannah teams up with a senior writer to get ahead, only to be exploited and tokenized by him for her standing as a low-income woman of color. From themes of gender dynamics in the workplace to abusive relationships, Trash covers a multitude of topics about how to deal with being treated like trash.
